I am really proud of how stable Funnel’s platform is. We rarely experience outages, instead we’ve maintained a 99.99% uptime over the last three years and have never needed to take the system offline for maintenance. That is not something you achieve by accident. It takes a lot of effort and attention to detail from the whole team.

The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the impact that the work my team and I do has on our colleagues and the overall office environment. Whether it’s organizing events in the office or making improvements around the office that enhance everyone’s daily experience, it’s incredibly fulfilling to know that our efforts are making a difference.

I had heard great things about Funnel, both about the organization and the people here. Funnel is well known for its forward-leaning ways of working in the product development department.

The transition has been both exciting and a learning experience. Funnel is a much larger organization than Adtriba, which was a smaller, more specialised company.

I chose Funnel because I wanted to work with a scale-up that had an interesting product, embraced the spirit of new challenges, and had a culture unlike any other.

Funnel has been a great place to grow professionally. The culture here is collaborative, and people are genuinely invested in helping each other succeed. What I love most is the variety in my work.

Funnel wasn’t on my radar when looking for new jobs. I had been exploring new roles when I reached out to my old manager for advice on my resume. He was working at Funnel at the time and encouraged me to apply for a Customer Success position. When I decided to check it out and once I looked into the company and spoke to my former manager, I knew it would be a great fit. The company’s culture and focus on employee development really stood out to me.

We have a fantastic office in Stockholm with a great location and an amazing office team that creates a wonderful environment. One standout feature is the development team’s floor plan, which is the best I’ve ever seen from a collaboration perspective.

In my opinion, humility is the most crucial trait for any manager – not only at Funnel but in general. I express my opinions while keeping in mind that I may not always be right, and it's okay not to be. That's one of the reasons why I enjoy working at Funnel.

We have some great people and teams in our product development organization. We have very high expectations of our teams and developers, who take on a lot of responsibility.
