FAQ with Revenue Development

  • Our Revenue Development team covers 2 roles: Revenue Development Representatives, and Product Advocates.

    RDRS: We don't have separate roles for Inbound and Outbound sales development, so we renamed the team Revenue Development to cover all the activities that our RDRs do! Each Revenue Development Representative covers Inbound and Outbound sales development. They are responsible for the most crucial activities related to our business development like:

    • nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.
    • managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives in the next steps.
    • effectively communicate with leads and prospects via chat, email, calls, and remote meetings to give them a positive prospect experience.

    We believe in equipping our team with all the skills they'll need for any future roles in a Sales organization.

    Product Advocates: Responsible for closing all business on our Starter Plan, and supporting our free users, the Product Advocates have deep product knowledge as well as sales skills. They are the bridge between our product and our customers, ensuring that the first experience of Funnel is a great one.

  • We have people in Stockholm, Boston, Dublin and Sydney - a truly global team

  • For the RDRs, the main collaboration is with Marketing (feedback and alignment on lead generation and how to approach our leads) and Sales (alignment on the deals we send to Sales and how best to qualify new business).

    For Product Advocates, collaboration is key! We work closely with our Product and Development teams to share feedback on the product from free users. We pass larger deals on to the Sales team, and we collaborate with our Customer Experience and Solutions Consulting teams to make sure that customer onboarding is as smooth as possible.
