Customer Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive engagement across the entire customer lifecycle: from lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration to onboarding, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development to ensure messaging, timing, and customer experience are seamlessly aligned at every stage of the customer journey.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute programs across email, in-app messaging and webinars to drive acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion.
Continuously test and optimize segmentation, message sequencing, prioritization, and automation workflows to improve engagement and performance.
Leverage automation and AI-driven tools to personalize experiences, increase efficiency, and scale lifecycle impact.
Drive new user onboarding initiatives that accelerate value realization.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support upsell and cross-sell initiatives and grow expansion revenue.
Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless, data-informed customer journeys.
Lead customer feedback and NPS programs, translating insights into measurable improvements.
Build and scale customer advocacy programs
Use data, experimentation, and research to continuously improve strategy and inform future initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
3-6+ years of experience in customer marketing, marketing automation, or CRM marketing.
Proven track record of building and scaling lead nurture and customer engagement programs.
Strong storytelling and content development skills, with the ability to translate product value into compelling messaging.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI tooling.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Analytical mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation, optimization, and measurable impact.
Nice to Have
Experience in a high-growth SaaS B2B environment.
