Director Product Marketing
Role Overview
We’re hiring a strategic, customer-centric Director of Product Marketing to define how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product Development, Marketing, and Sales, aligning these teams behind a clear, compelling go-to-market strategy. Your mission is to ensure every customer touchpoint reinforces our value proposition while unlocking new growth and expansion opportunities. In this role, your success will directly accelerate Funnel’s revenue growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Establish a compelling market position for Funnel’s data integration, marketing measurement, and reporting solutions, clearly defining our role within the broader marketing intelligence landscape.
Define messaging around our products' differentiated value proposition in a way that resonates with our target audiences. Ensure our messaging is consistent across customer touch points.
Orchestrate successful product and feature launches through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Spearhead market research and customer feedback initiatives to analyze needs and the competitive landscape, ensuring ongoing market relevance.
Partner with Sales Enablement to equip the team with the tools, training, and resources necessary to position and sell Funnel effectively.
Develop compelling customer stories and proof points, including case studies and testimonials that highlight real-world impact and ROI.
Lead and coach a small, high-performing team of individual contributors , fostering professional growth and excellence
We Believe You Have:
Proven track record of leading successful go-to-market strategies and launching products that customers love and that achieve significant business impact
8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles in a high-growth environment
Experience leading and growing a high-performing team
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling narratives
Strong analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to decision-making
Deep understanding of customer personas, market dynamics, and competitive analysis
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing and sales
Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams; you know how to lead without formal authority.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, curious, and adept at navigating new information and change.
A plus if you have experience in digital marketing or data analytics
Other information
This role is based in our Stockholm office. At Funnel, we embrace an office-first approach, working on-site at least four days a week. While we offer plenty of flexibility for life’s events, summer months, and holidays, we aim to avoid fixed remote workdays.
