  • Vad vi menar är agilt!

    Vi har från start arbetat med continuous deploy och enligt lean start up. Varje dag går ett 30-tal uppdateringar av produkten ut i produktion. Våra utvecklare jobbar i små team, 3-4 stycken i varje grupp. På så sätt decentraliserar vi beslutsfattandet och ledtid.

  • Fullstack på riktigt

    Varje team har ansvar för sin del i produkten, hela vägen från arkitektur till UI. Systemet är uppbyggt av ett 20 -tal mikrotjänster i Python och Javascript och deployas i AWS Lambda och Docker-containers.

  • Två par ögon

    Hela Tech kommunicerar i öppna slack - kanaler och gör pull request i GIT. Två par ögon på koden är bättre än ett par och dialog är en del av allt vi gör. Då ökar vi även kunskapsdelningen och utrymme att växa i sitt yrkeskunnande.

    • We do a lot of mob- and pair programming almost daily to set a structure where peer-coaching is a part of every workday
    • We offer unlimited access to books and literature
    • We set individual goals, that's decided by the employee. Some people want to learn more about architecture, it security, management etc. We do our best to tailor to your individual interests. 


  • Getting to work should be easy. We have our office located in the center of Stockholm, Sergels Torg, directly by the metro station Centralen. Connecting us to all of Stockholms subway lines, commuter rail and regionals trains.
