We are highly committed to maintaining an inclusive, fun, and friendly work environment, all while solving challenging problems. With a collaborative work style; we learn from each other, create experiments, and leverage our varied approaches and backgrounds. We work with nearly every team at Funnel in one way or another. We support all of our GTM (Go To Market) teams like Marketing, Sales, Partners and CS as well as working with Business Tech, BI, IT, Dev to ensure we deliver a great experience for our customers and GTM teams.

We began as Sales Operations in 2019 and our remit grew shortly after. In that time we have grown from 1 to 12 people, joined with the Revenue Enablement team and delivered thousands of improvements for Funnel.

We take a holistic view of our buying journey and processes to identify the highest impact opportunities to improve and problems to solve. We work with leadership to ensure that we can implement our strategy as well as working with customer-facing reps to identify and improve friction in core processes and to find and amplify good ideas. We enjoy finding elegant solutions to complicated problems, adding structure to chaos, thinking about the big picture, and most importantly helping others to improve.
About Funnel
Funnel is a SaaS product designed to help marketing teams own their performance. Founded in 2014 in Stockholm, and still founder-led, the Funnel team has grown with our customers – serving more than 2,000 companies from our Stockholm, Boston, Dublin, Hamburg and Sydney offices. We value increased in-person collaboration, and as such, we work a minimum of four days a week from our offices.
We have always put the customer first, expressed in a no-commission sales model and a customer-centric development approach. We are proud to help companies such as Havas Media, Adidas, Sony, and Home Depot to unlock the true impact of their data.
