  • We work with nearly every team at Funnel in one way or another. We support all of our GTM (Go To Market) teams like Marketing, Sales, Partners and CS as well as working with Business Tech, BI, IT, Dev to ensure we deliver a great experience for our customers and GTM teams. 

  • We began as Sales Operations in 2019 and our remit grew shortly after. In that time we have grown from 1 to 12 people, joined with the Revenue Enablement team and delivered thousands of improvements for Funnel.

  • We take a holistic view of our buying journey and processes to identify the highest impact opportunities to improve and problems to solve. We work with leadership to ensure that we can implement our strategy as well as working with customer-facing reps to identify and improve friction in core processes and to find and amplify good ideas. We enjoy finding elegant solutions to complicated problems, adding structure to chaos, thinking about the big picture, and most importantly helping others to improve.
