We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help us reach the next stage of growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking, creative instincts, and analytical rigor — someone who wants to shape campaigns, improve systems, and influence how Funnel markets to modern marketing teams.
About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Funnel, you’ll own and optimize paid media initiatives across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and Meta. This is not a narrow campaign execution role — you’ll work across creative strategy, experimentation, analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll join a small but highly collaborative Marketing team. The role offers significant autonomy and variety, with opportunities to influence campaigns, contribute to product discussions, and help build scalable internal processes.
What You Will Do
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant channels
Design and analyze experiments, including audience testing, creative testing, and landing page optimization
Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and content teams to develop high-performing campaign creatives
Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, improve campaign efficiency, and support strategic decisions
Build or improve internal workflows and automations using AI tools and LLMs where relevant
Partner with the web team to coordinate landing pages, tracking implementation, and conversion experiments
Act as an internal subject matter expert on performance marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices
Collaborate with Product and Development teams by providing feedback and insights from a performance marketer’s perspective
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. Deep expertise in every platform is not required, but confidence working in one is important.
Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics to track performance, measure impact, and generate actionable insights.
Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data, spreadsheets, reporting dashboards, and basic statistical analysis.
Proactive and curious approach to exploring, testing, and adopting new marketing tools and technologies.
AI fluency with practical experience or strong interest in applying LLMs and AI tools to marketing workflows, research, content, and performance optimization.
Strong professional English communication skills, including writing effective ad copy, presenting insights clearly, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders.
Nice to Haves
Experience using LLMs to support scripting, automation, or data analysis workflows.
A background in statistics, mathematics, data analysis, or another technical field.
Experience implementing marketing tracking or conversion measurement setups.
Interest in broader marketing strategy beyond paid acquisition.

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden
Funnel is an office-first company, and employees to work from the office 4 days per week
We are currently only considering candidates who are already based in Sweden. You must be eligible to work in Sweden.
