Revenue Enablement Specialist
If you’re passionate about revenue enablement and are seeking a role where you can truly make a difference, you’re in the right place.
As Funnel continues to scale, we’re looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to help take our commercial teams to the next level. Our ambition is bold: to make Funnel the company that other companies look to when defining what world-class sales and revenue execution looks like.
This is a global role, supporting all customer-facing teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions. You’ll design, drive, and continuously improve enablement programs that directly impact performance, execution, and growth.
This will be the first enablement hire based at our HQ in Stockholm, and you’ll work closely with Commercial, RevOps, Product, and senior leadership. You’ll report to the Director of RevOps & Enablement and act as a key bridge between strategy and day-to-day execution.
What you will do
This is a hands-on role with real ownership and accountability. You’ll design, execute, and evolve global enablement initiatives end-to-end, from identifying needs to measuring impact.
You will:
Design and drive global revenue enablement programs for Account Executives, Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, and other commercial roles
Build, iterate, and maintain playbooks for go-to-market motions, sales skills, and commercial processes
Create and deliver sales skills training, onboarding programs, learning paths, and role-based curricula
Design and run certification programs that reinforce skills, consistency, and execution excellence
Design coaching frameworks and programs that enable frontline managers and senior sellers to coach effectively and consistently across regions
Support and enable product launches, acting as a natural bridge between Product and Commercial teams to ensure clear messaging, adoption, and execution
Work closely with Revenue Operations to improve process adoption, identify gaps, implement improvements, and track enablement impact
Use insights from tools such as Gong to identify trends in sales behaviors, skills gaps, and coaching opportunities
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring Funnel’s vision, strategy, and priorities are translated into action by customer-facing teams
Be an enablement ambassador, helping build a consistent, high-performing revenue culture across regions
Who you are
You’re both strategic and practical - comfortable thinking big, but just as happy rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
You are:
Strategic: able to connect day-to-day execution to Funnel’s broader vision and commercial goals
Analytical and data-driven: able to identify gaps, prioritize initiatives, and measure the impact of enablement efforts
Experienced in enablement: you’ve done this before and know what good looks like
A self-starter: comfortable working with ambiguity, setting direction, and driving initiatives forward
Curious and creative: you question the status quo and bring new ideas on how to build a best-in-class revenue organization
A strong collaborator: able to work cross-functionally with RevOps, Product, Sales, and Leadership
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Knowledgeable about the modern buyer journey and current industry trends
Skilled at turning complexity into clarity, creating enablement content that commercial teams actually want to use
Your experience
Must have:
Previous experience in enablement
Proven ability to design and deliver sales training and learning content for a global or distributed audience
Previous experience in a customer-facing commercial role, such as Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions, with a first-hand understanding of day-to-day execution
Experience supporting commercial teams such as Sales, Customer Success, or Solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to have:
Experience designing and running end-to-end enablement programs
Experience building and managing certification programs
Experience creating playbooks for commercial teams
Background in sales coaching or performance coaching
Project management skills
Experience working in high-growth or scaling SaaS companies
Experience delivering training using blended approaches (virtual, role-plays, peer learning, on-the-job)
