Revenue Operations Manager

We’re looking for a technical and system-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to join Funnel’s Revenue Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the tools, designing scalable CRM architectures, building operational processes for commercial teams, and delivering hands-on automations and AI-driven solutions that directly impact revenue efficiency.
What you will do
As a Revenue Operations Manager at Funnel, you will work across our revenue organization - including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Services to design, build, and continuously improve the systems, processes and automations that power our go-to-market engine.
Your focus will be on turning business needs into robust, scalable solutions.
You will help us to:
Design, build, and own CRM solutions in HubSpot, supporting Funnel’s continued growth and operational complexity
Develop and maintain commercial automations using tools such as Zapier or n8n to eliminate manual work and improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
Manage and deliver RevOps projects end to end, ensuring structured execution across discovery, development, rollout, and iteration
Partner with revenue stakeholders to translate business challenges into solutions, while setting clear expectations and priorities
Deploy and experiment with AI-powered workflows and agents, helping Funnel’s GTM teams work smarter and more efficiently
Collaborate closely within Revenue Operations & our Data Team to ensure solutions are maintainable, well-documented, and scalable over time
Support adoption and enablement by working with Revenue Enablement to ensure new processes and systems are actually used and understood

You are a problem-solver at heart, with a strong systems mindset and a passion for automation. You enjoy getting your hands dirty in tools and workflows, while still being comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
You are proactive, structured, and solution-oriented - and you take pride in building things that actually work.
Your experience
Must have:
Strong experience managing a CRM environment, ideally HubSpot
Hands-on experience building automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar
Experience designing and maintaining end-to-end operational workflows across revenue teams
Fluency in verbal and written English (Swedish is not required)
Nice to have:
Experience with JavaScript (preferred), Python, or SQL
Data analysis experience, including working with datasets to identify patterns, issues, or optimization opportunities
Experience working with AI tools, agents, or LLM-powered workflows
Background in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or a technical commercial role
Project management experience in a fast-moving or scaling environment

At Funnel, we have an office-first approach, and we work from the office a minimum of four days a week. We have lots of flexibility for when life happens, during the summer, and through the holidays. We just like to avoid having standing remote days.
