Sales Manager, SMB (Fixed-Term Maternity Cover)

We are now seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join our SMB team in Stockholm, as a maternity cover. In this role you will execute our world-class sales methodology, hire and develop exceptional talents, deliver sales quota each month, uncover strategies to coach and develop your team and build a sales environment and culture we can be proud of.
In This Role You Will Need To (Responsibilities)
Lead, coach, and develop the global team of SMB Account Executives (located in Boston, Dublin and Stockholm) to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Drive execution against key metrics: pipeline generation, activity levels, conversion rates, deal velocity, forecast accuracy and MRR achievement.
Conduct regular weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, forecast meetings with VP, deal strategy sessions with the team to improve win rates and performance
Reinforce a consultative, value-based sales approach across the full sales cycle
Foster a high-performance, accountable culture across regions and time zones
Support onboarding, ramping, and ongoing skills development for team members
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership to improve lead quality, conversion, and go-to-market execution
Who you are
5-10 years of experience in a quota-carrying closing role (B2B SaaS or similar preferred)
2-3+ years of experience in a Sales Management role
Experience in managing remote or distributed teams strongly preferred
Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets as both an individual contributor and a manager
Experience leading a structured, consultative sales process within the SMB or Mid-Market segment
Strong coaching, forecasting, and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Experience in coaching using SPICED sales methodology or similar
Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment
Experience with tools like: Hubspot CRM, Gong and Notion
Professional fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus

At Funnel, we have an office-first approach, and we work from the office a minimum of four days a week. We have lots of flexibility for when life happens, during the summer, and through the holidays. We just like to avoid having standing remote days.
