Vice President of Growth, Stockholm
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and friendly individual to help us in scaling and strengthening our position in the Marketing Intelligence space, in preparation for an initial public offering. Funnel, a SaaS platform, helps marketing teams take greater control and gain clarity amidst the often chaotic reality of an ever-increasing volume of data scattered across a multitude of platforms. We are a rapidly growing, 330-person-strong scale-up with offices in Stockholm (HQ), Boston, Dublin, and Sydney.
The Role
As Funnel’s Vice President of Growth, you’ll be focused on driving revenue growth and efficiency improvements across our three Go-To-Market motions: Sales-led, Partner-led, and Product-led.
Our growth is primarily driven by our inbound model where Growth together with Revenue Development teams generate pipeline for our sales teams by driving relevant prospects to our website and converting that traffic into high-quality leads.
You’ll also help accelerate the growth of our Partner-led motion by sourcing new agency partners to our Solution Partner program. Finally, you’ll head our Product-led growth motion and lead the cross-functional team developing our freemium offering with a focus on acquiring, activating, and converting free users to paying customers.
Funnel’s marketing organization consists of four parts: Product & Partner Marketing, Content & Brand, Revenue Development, and Growth (this is you). As the Vice President of Growth, you’ll be leading and developing the following teams: Performance marketing, Lifecycle marketing, Web, and a cross-functional Product-led Growth team.
As a member of both Marketing and Revenue leadership teams, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of Funnel’s Go-To-Market strategy. Your leadership will extend beyond strategy development to cultivate a culture of creativity and excellence, developing, and building high-performing teams. You’ll be reporting directly to our co-founder and CCO Per Made.
You will
Build, lead, support, and develop teams of high-performing individuals spanning web, lifecycle, performance, and product growth
Continue developing our customer acquisition strategy with the focus of driving efficient growth across our three Go-To-Market channels (measuring and co-owning acquisition metrics like new subscriptions created, SQLs/PQLs, pipeline generated; efficiency metrics like cost per SQL/PQL and CAC; product growth and activation metrics like weekly new & active subscriptions, CR% to Setup, Aha, and Habit; and ultimately revenue metrics like net new MRR)
Closely collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, and Product development leadership to create a fantastic user experience throughout the entire customer journey
Cultivate a culture of rapid data-driven experimentation across all channels, underpinned by clear testing methodologies and KPIs

Ambitious with a strong internal locus of control
Experience in recruiting, leading, and developing highly autonomous teams of ambitious marketing professionals - you know what good looks like
An in-depth understanding and preferably hands-on experience in advanced performance marketing and measurement
This isn’t your first B2B SaaS company and hence you’re fluent in SaaS, metrics, definitions, and strategies
Experience in leading and scaling a cross-functional product-led growth team consisting of marketers, product managers, developers, and designers
Great communication skills, enabling you to clearly and effectively collaborate with key stakeholders
Data literate, naturally leaning on data to support your decision making and turning data into actionable insights
Curious and proactively looking for ways to enhance the status quo
