Funnel is growing rapidly, and so is our Customer Success team! We are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Partner who will become a trusted advisor for our current partners and world-class marketers.
As a Enterprise Customer Success Partner you will:
Act as partner and advisor to Funnel’s highest value clients. You will work to understand the customer’s business, their goals, needs, and growth opportunities. The Customer Success team at Funnel is a revenue oriented team, which means you will own both churn and customer growth. You’ll help customers understand their contracts and be an integral part of the renewal and upsell process. As a relationship owner, you’ll also work internally to advocate for customer needs with product teams and other internal stakeholders. You’ll be flexible, think quick and put our customers first while providing world class customer service.
*We are office first from our Boston office - 3 days/wk onsite and the ability to work remotely the other 2

Who we think you are
Previous experience working with a SaaS product
Previous experience on a commercially driven Customer Success or Account Management team, preferably with Enterprise clients.
Previous experience working with digital marketing (data / platforms)
Previous experience (3-5 years) working in CS, i.e. understanding customer needs, working with customers to realize product value, and driving account growth for your book of business
Experience with procurement and contract negotiation
Previous experience working with data processing, analysis and optimization, preferably for marketing.
Nice to have:
Previous experience working with MarTech, such as Paid Search platforms, Google Analytics, and Paid/Social Organic platforms. Past work with high growth start-up/scale-ups

What does this position pay?
To attract talented individuals, our compensation is “market” and our benefits are quite generous. For candidates in our interview process, we are happy to discuss salary ranges.
Where is Funnel located?
Funnel’s US office is at 175 Federal Street, Boston, Massachusetts, and the corporate headquarters are in Stockholm, Sweden and other offices in London, Dublin, and Sydney
Are you okay with remote work?
We are hybrid with a minimum in the office 3 days a week. In the future, we plan to continue this hybrid policy - at this time, we do not see 100% remote work as a good fit for us.
