About the job
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will lead, develop and coach Funnel Account Executives in the BRAND segment with a “we before me” approach. Reporting to the VP of Sales, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s sales performance.
*We are office first from our Boston office - 3 days/wk onsite and the ability to work remotely the other 2

What You Will Do
* Hire, train and manage an accomplished team of Account Executives, setting up the team to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
* Develop, mentor and coach each team member to help them reach their full potential and drive high performance.
* Participate and lead prospect and customer meetings and negotiations as appropriate.
* Bring established, proven good sales practices, frameworks and methodologies to increase knowledge and expertise across the team and company.
* Operate a predictable and repeatable team routine, including regular forecast, pipeline and key deal sessions.
* Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity.
* Nurture, evolve and refine the sales strategy, process and tactics to improve performance.

You are also a self-starter, motivated by curiosity and a growth mindset to be the best, both as a professional individual and as a team.

* Experience selling a complex B2B software solution in a fast-growing SaaS company
* Proven track record at excellent customer relationship management as well as meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team and develop top-class sales executives
* Strong negotiation, collaboration and leadership skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

To attract talented individuals, our compensation is “market” and our benefits are quite generous. We are happy to discuss this further during our initial call
Where is Funnel located?
Funnel’s US office is at 175 Federal Street, Boston, Massachusetts, and the corporate headquarters are in Stockholm, Sweden.
Are you okay with remote work?
We come into the office 3 days a week. In the future, we plan to continue this hybrid policy - at this time, we do not see 100% remote work as a good fit for us.
