Funnel, a well-funded startup in marketing tech, is searching for its next seasoned BDR to join the Business Development team. Part of the Data Revolution: Funnel’s platform enables marketers access to their data by centralizing it into a marketing data hub. Since the product launch in 2015, we have set up offices in Stockholm, Dublin and Boston (Australia in 2023) and have grown to service thousands of marketers worldwide, with the US as the largest market. We currently employ over 300 people and are still growing.

About the role
We are perfecting our Outbound Process and seeking applicants who are creators. They can self-motivate and simultaneously assist in continuing to build our outbound efforts with their experience.
We value increased collaboration and as such, we work a minimum of three days a week from our Boston office

Daily tasks will include team and individual tasks, such as:
Working as part of the US Commercial Team(collaborating with AEs & AMs): hunting new business, building lists, and targeted outreach to crucial growth businesses.
Be comfortable calling prospects daily and start calling the first week in the role.
Main goal: Pipeline generation, identify connections with new prospective customers to help grow and develop our presence in North America.
You will use your analytical ability and collect data insights from the business and market to personalize your outreach and create interest with the prospect.
What we look for in a candidate:
1-2 years minimum of outbound prospecting experience that includes calling
Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop business in new (and possibly existing) accounts
Proven track record of success in business development
Experience selling into Marketing or in Data Science is a major plus!

To attract talented individuals, our compensation is “market,” and our benefits are very generous. This role has a range of $70-105K depending on your experience
Where is Funnel located?
Funnel’s US office is at 175 Federal Street, Boston, Massachusetts, and the corporate headquarters are in Stockholm, Sweden. We also have offices in Dublin, Ireland, London, England and soon in Sydney, Australia!
Are you okay with remote work?
We come into the office three days a week and work from home two. In the future, we plan to continue this hybrid policy - at this time, we do not see 100% remote work as a good fit for us.
