We're scaling our sales team with an Enterprise Account Executive. We're looking for a natural team-player who will guide the biggest prospective Funnel customers through the buying process with professionalism and strategic thinking.

What is Funnel then? In a data-driven world, we provide a platform to collect, transform and distribute all the marketing data necessary for the C-suite to make strategic decisions. Our offering is unique in the market, and we have grown to service thousands of marketers in Europe, the US and Asia. 

Our ambition is to win our category on a global scale, and we are growing fast. We will double our sales team in the next 12 months, and continue to expand from there.

Bottom line - this is an opportunity to join a category winning Software as a Service at an early stage. 

Role description

As an Enterprise Account Executive you work as a part of our sales team with Funnel’s biggest prospective customers, purely with new business and strategic up-sells. You will guide them through the buying cycle from demo all the way to subscription, in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales Development and Customer Success. Some of the things you will work with on a daily basis are: 

  • Needs analysis and qualification to ensure you spend time on the right prospects.
  • Product demonstration & negotiation.
  • Mapping out organizations and building relationships with new stakeholders.
  • Hunting for new contacts within existing customer accounts, in order to close strategic up-sells. 
  • Iterating and improving the Enterprise sales process. Your input will be needed on everything from the required sales tech stack to contracts, pricing, services and product presentation.
  • Weekly forecast to sales management.
  • Prospecting when necessary in order to boost pipeline. Funnel has an efficient lead generation machine, so you will receive a good amount of inbound leads. But reaching quota will mean sourcing your own deals as well.
  • Travelling to meet prospects all over Europe.

We believe that you are a future leader within Funnel, and will take on additional responsibilities as we grow. 


We have an idea of what a good background for this role could be, but personality is more important than to check all the boxes in your CV. Are you interested but unsure if it's a perfect fit? Apply anyway! 

We believe you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Business to business software sales experience (a big bonus for SaaS). 
  • The ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (Swedish is not required). Bonus if you also are fluent in one more major European language. 
  • Proven commercial success in working with executives, VP and ‘C’ level
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quota

Most important is your personality. To succeed, you need a hunter’s mindset and a relentless drive to close the deal. It's also important that your success is not only personal, but will benefit the team. As such, we hope you have empathy and can find ways to upskill, coach and learn together with the extended team.
