Our website is our heart for new leads and customers and all people in the team share the responsibility to develop our product. The goal for the team is simplified to drive traffic and to generate leads, but also to create an intuitive and frictionless user experience. We look at the website as a product and for us our product is our business. This role is about understanding our business even better.
What you will do
You will be part of a small cross functional lean and agile web team that consists of a Product Lead, SEO strategist, Web Analyst (you), UX designer and developers. You will also be part of the bigger marketing team. This role is new, meaning we can offer you a unique chance to have an impact and build how we are going to work.
As a Web Analyst you will be responsible for making sure we have the right measurement in place for you to be able to analyze our initiatives and holistically our website performance. You will do research, gather data, analyze and present your insights and we together use these insights as a foundation for new initiatives and experiments. To help the team understand the performance, visualizing and presenting the data is of high importance. In this role you need to collaborate with team members and stakeholders throughout the organization.
Who we think you are
We are looking for you with working experience within analyzing website/online product performance. You share our lean way of working mindset as well as a data-driven approach in your work!
Working with analyzing performance holistically and also initiatives in detail
Using tools such as Google Analytics/Looker/Hotjar/Spreadsheet/Excel
Converting insights into recommendations
Implementing tracking in Google Tag Manager
Visualizing data in tools such as Google Data Studio
A bonus if you have been involved in the CRO process analyzing and running experiments
A bonus if you have analyzed website data connected to SEO and SEM
