We are looking to grow the Funnel revenue operations team. If you love collaborating to solve difficult problems, enjoy working with data and process design, and want to be part of one of Europe's fastest-growing scaleups - this could be the perfect role for you!
What you will do
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be joining the growing Revenue Operations team at Funnel. We collaborate with revenue teams such as; Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Support & Services, and Customer Success across our offices in Boston and Stockholm to help meet Funnel’s growth goals. As a member of Revenue Operations, you will have a varied role working across many different business areas to make improvements, solve problems and identify opportunities. You will help us to:
Design and build efficient and robust CRM processes to support the growth of our Revenue teams
Use pipeline & product data to improve the predictability of our business results
Work with teams across Funnel to identify and solve process and system challenges
Manage app integrations and develop automations to help revenue teams become more efficient and remove manual work
Collaborate with Funnel’s leaders to inform strategy and support its implementation
Collect, create and deliver training content to Revenue teams to improve skills & process adoption
Design dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision making at all levels of the business

What you have done
Previous experience in operations is preferred. Eg. a role in sales, revenue or marketing operations
Alternatively, you could also have a background in sales or marketing where you have extensive relevant experience with CRM management, process design, data analysis and/or automation
You have experience in a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
You have experience working within Looker/Tableau/Power BI/Google Sheets/Excel/other tool for data analysis
Fluency in verbal and written English (Swedish is not required)
Experience in Javascript, Python, SQL is beneficial
Experience in an automation tool such as Zapier is beneficial
A relevant university degree is beneficial

Since the product launch in 2015, we have set up offices in Stockholm and Boston, and grown to service thousands of marketers all over the world, with the US as the largest market.
The Revenue Operations Team
You will join our team of revenue operations managers based in both Stockholm and Boston. Our team has a range of backgrounds from business administration to game design to beer brewing and we are highly committed to keeping an inclusive, fun, and friendly work environment.
