We are looking to grow the Funnel Commercial Operations team. If you love collaborating to solve difficult problems, enjoy working with data and processes, and want to be part of one of Europe's fastest growing scale-ups - this rocket ship is accelerating now. 

What you will do

As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will be joining the growing Commercial Operations team at Funnel. We work with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product Specialists and Customer Success teams in both the Stockholm and Boston offices to meet Funnel’s exciting growth goals. You will also collaborate with our business intelligence team to help deliver trustworthy data. As a member of Commercial Operations you will help us:

  • Design efficient and robust CRM processes for commercial teams
  • Use pipeline & product data to improve the predictability of our business results
  • Collect, create and deliver training content to commercial teams to improve skills & process adoption
  • Work with teams to identify and remove process challenges
  • Design dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision making at all levels of the business
  • Create automations to support commercial teams
  • Collaborate with Funnel’s leaders to inform strategy and support its implementation

Who we think you are

We are looking for a tech-savvy team player with outstanding problem-solving and communication skills. With a solution-oriented and proactive mindset - you perform your best in fast-changing and dynamic environments. You are curious, eager to learn and you seek out opportunities to contribute. 

Some things that might describe you too:

  • Previous experience in Operations is preferred. Eg. Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations or Commercial Operations
  • Alternatively, you could also have a background in Sales or Customer Success where you have relevant experience with process design, data analysis and/or automation
  • You have experience in a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, experience working within Looker/Tableau/Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and/or a programming language or logic environment
  • A relevant university degree is beneficial
  • Fluency in verbal and written English (Swedish is not required)

Since the product launch in 2015, we have set up offices in Stockholm and Boston, and grown to service thousands of marketers all over the world, with the US as the largest market.
