As the first point of contact with potential customers who wish to learn more about the Funnel product, the inbound focused Sales Development Representatives are responsible for introducing the product but also understanding the customers’ pain points to evaluate if we are a fit for each other.
The Business Development Representatives, on the other hand, are outbound focused and responsible for prospecting the largest potential customers to help us continue to further expand our presence on the market.
Both roles collaborate closely with Marketing and our Account Executives, and are the first line in our revenue generation pipeline!
